In-Chair & Over-the-Clothing
Stay fully clothed - seated or on the table, no oils or lotion. Great for shoulders, upper back, prenatal or a quick reset.

Chair & over-the-clothing sessions are fully customizable - they start at just 15 minutes and go up in 5-minute increments, so you only pay for the time you need. Ask about a quick 15-minute reset when you're pressed for time or money.

Red light therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, microcurrent (MPS) and cupping are add-on therapies applied during a therapeutic table treatment - they require direct skin contact, so table rates apply.

A detailed Registered Massage Therapist receipt is provided for every appointment. Direct billing is not available - most clients submit the receipt through their insurance provider's app or online portal, often the same day.
Payment
Cash, debit and credit card accepted. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Cancellations
