Finding us & parking
Carpe Diem is on the second floor of the Covent Garden Market, the landmark building on King Street between Talbot and Ridout in downtown London.
- Parking: use the Covent Garden Market underground parking garage (entrance off King Street / Talbot Street), plus nearby municipal lots and metered street parking. Complimentary parking validation - one hour on weekdays, two hours on Saturdays - applies only to the underground Market garage.
- Covered parking: the underground garage is especially convenient in bad weather, with an elevator running directly from the garage to the clinic's floor.
- By transit: several London Transit routes stop along King and Dundas, just a short walk away.
- Inside the market: take the elevator or stairs to the second floor - the treatment space is quiet and away from the market bustle.
- Coming from out of the core: easy to reach from Old East Village, Wortley Village, Oakridge, Byron, White Oaks and beyond.
Here's a real perk of our location: you're right inside the Covent Garden Market, so your visit can be an experience, not just an appointment. Come a little early or stay after to grab a beverage and a snack, pick up a smoothie, do some shopping or browse the local vendors - an easy way to make a morning of it.

- The underground parking garage has elevator access directly to the floor where the clinic is located.
- The building has accessible washrooms, with washroom doors that stay open - no push button needed.
- Entry doors to the building are push-button or contactless-wave operated.
- Massage treatment can be adapted for clients who remain comfortably seated in their wheelchairs.
